Initial Pollinator Planting: We have successfully planted over 80 individual plants and over 30 different native species in our pollinator garden. Plants were sourced from Middlesex Conservation District in Lincoln and also generously donated from our Newton Conservators advisor, Jon Regosin. The species include: Showy & Early Goldenrod, New England Liatris, White-Flowered Aster, Big Bluestem, White Meadowsweet, Black-eyed Susan, Spotted Beebalm, Cutleaf & Purple Coneflower, and Hairy Beardtongue.

We are extremely grateful to these organizations for assisting us in our pollinator project: Newton Conservators, Friends of Cold Spring Park and the Newton Community Pollinator Project.
